He is also a tech-savvy early adopter fixated on innovation and new solutions to big problems. Ryan has a specialized background in digital marketing and content creation with a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University and 20+ years of real-world experience. As a former athlete and team captain, Ryan is a natural competitor and leader with experience managing teams of various skill sets. He has an accomplished record of increasing sales, generating qualified leads, connecting target audiences, amplifying user engagement, maximizing brand visibility, and building SaaS businesses. Ryan's achievements are based on analyzing key performance indicators, understanding industry trends, and developing thoughtful strategies that help companies grow.

Ryan Pratt was born and raised in Canton, Ohio where he first met his wife, Ally, at Jackson High School. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Ally and Ryan got married on the beach in Aruba. They've lived all over Central Ohio including Dublin, Delaware, Westerville and recently built a new smart home in Jerome Village where they host their annual Prattfall and St. Pratty's Day parties. They have two sons, Finn and Maxon, who they love taking to all their favorite places in Columbus, including: Dublin's Irish pubs where they eat too many potatoes; Alum Creek where they kayak, boat and ski; Ohio Stadium where their Buckeyes continue to dominate the team from up north; the Zoo where they had their first date during Wildlights; the movie theater where Ryan stays up too late for newest Star Wars, Marvel, and Harry Potter midnight premieres; and Target where he stands in line for the newest Apple, Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation and other technology.  When their not at home, their often traveling to places like Houghton Lake in Michigan, Disney, Ireland, Hawaii, Yosemite, Zion, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole and the Rocky Mountains, or for experiences like the Kentucky Derby,  Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney, Tip Up Town in Houghton Lake, the Super Bowl, College Football Bowl Games, and the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer.
